About Me

Hello! My name is Ömer F. Bülbül (Tetradze). I am a Master’s student in Linguistics at the University of Cologne. I did my Bachelor’s in German Language and Literature (Germanistik), but after getting my diploma, I mostly kept the language and literature parts and did not do much with the specifically German part. (Maybe it is time to read some Heinrich Heine again ;))

I’m not quite sure what else one is supposed to write on an About Me page, so here are some things I like: creating random projects to keep myself busy, board games, couch games, travelling, reading, and writing, especially poems.

And finally, why Tetrienti?

Tetrienti (თეთრიენთი) is my Georgian family name, a form unique to the area my family comes from. I thought there was no need to come up with a cool name for this website when I already had the coolest one. 🙂
